2121 Crest

Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths

Also known as STEM, we have an active engagement in supporting Cadets to see where technology takes us and the role it plays in the modern world. Our Wig STEM officer also likes making some cool gadgets in Python.

Community Engagement

As an RAF Air Cadet you will be an active member of our community engagement. From supporting the Abingdon Air Show through to parading on Remembrance Sunday, this all forms a key part of a Cadet's life and experience.

Become and Adult Volunteer

Are you over 18 but still interested in becoming a member of the Squadron? You can volunteer your time (as much or as little as you can) to support our Cadets. You can also gain the same qualifications and get the same experiences they do.

Radio Communications

Use radios and other technologies to communicate over short and long distances, whether it be with the Squadron down the road, or the one at the other side of the country.

Have you seen something that catches your eye? Have you the spare time to support the Squadron as an adult volunteer? If so, Contact Us and we can support you in getting started as a member of 2121 (Abingdon) Squadron RAF Air Cadets.
